Privacy at Tigriva
Candidate and employer privacy notice
This notice explains the information used by employer requests, Saved Jobs and Tigriva Job Alerts. It complements the broader privacy information that will apply as the platform expands.
Last updated: September 26, 2026
The essentials
Saving a job is browser-only. Email alerts require confirmation, include self-service controls and can be permanently deleted from the private link in the email.
Employer requests
When you request an employer listing or contact Tigriva, we collect your professional name and email, company information, official recruitment link, vacancy and package details, message, privacy acknowledgement and any optional interest in future promotion. Do not submit identity documents, candidate information or sensitive personal data.
We use these details to confirm your address, verify authority, review the request, prevent abuse and duplicates, and provide a private status link. No employer account is created. Email confirmation does not guarantee publication or establish company ownership. Promotion interest is not a purchase or marketing subscription.
Contacts and internal review history are restricted to administrators. Approved company and vacancy details may become public only through a separate administrator publication. Private links are stored as cryptographic hashes; delivery receipts retain only the operational evidence needed to prevent duplicate email. Network rate limiting uses a daily keyed digest rather than a stored IP address.
Confirmation links expire after 24 hours and private status links after 90 days. Unconfirmed requests are eligible for minimization after 7 days once email delivery is reconciled. Rejected or closed requests are eligible after 90 days. Active requests are flagged for review after 90 days of inactivity and for an explicit decision after 180 days; they are never deleted automatically while active.
Administrative events are retained for 12 months before their administrator identifier is removed. Uncertain email receipts are held for manual review, are never resent automatically and retain a minimal safety marker. Cleanup first runs in count-only simulation and then, only after separate approval, in small bounded batches. Contact privacy@tigrivajobs.com to request access, correction or deletion.
Optional Google Analytics
Tigriva uses Google Analytics only after you select Accept analytics. If you reject analytics, the Google tag is not loaded and the site remains fully available. Advertising storage and advertising personalization remain disabled.
When accepted, Google Analytics measures page visits, navigation, approximate location, browser and device information, referral source, and interactions such as scrolling or outbound-link clicks. Tigriva does not intentionally send names, email addresses, alert tokens, application content or employer-request content to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics uses first-party identifiers and cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. Tigriva limits the analytics cookie lifetime to 13 months. Your consent preference is stored in your browser for up to six months, after which Tigriva asks again.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the site footer. Withdrawing consent disables analytics collection and asks the browser to remove accessible Google Analytics cookies.
Search preferences and usage counts
Selected candidate search criteria are kept in the page URL so you can return from an offer, reload or share the search. The link includes those criteria; it contains no email address.
Tigriva measures landing visits, searches, zero-result searches, job openings, clicks to employer websites and job-alert activation. Events use normalized role, destination, landing and job identifiers only. They never contain an email address, name, full IP address, alert token, external URL, free text or complete user agent.
A random journey identifier is kept only in session storage so related steps on the same browser can be counted together. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and is always renewed within 24 hours. It is not a fingerprint, permanent cookie or account identifier. Browsers with Do Not Track enabled do not send these events.
Detailed anonymous events are retained for no more than 90 days. Daily statistics without event or journey identifiers are retained for no more than 13 months. Normal network request metadata may still be processed temporarily by the hosting provider to operate and secure the service.
Saved Jobs
Saved Jobs are stored in your browser using local storage. Tigriva does not receive your saved-job list merely because you bookmark an opportunity.
The list stays on that browser and device. It may be removed when you clear browser data, use private browsing or select Clear saved jobs.
Job Alerts
When you create an email alert, Tigriva stores the email address, selected search filters, delivery frequency, confirmation status and operational timestamps needed to run the alert.
The alert is created on the basis of your explicit request and remains pending until you confirm the email address. No job alert is sent before confirmation.
Each alert email contains a private management link that lets you change frequency, pause delivery or permanently delete the alert and stored email address.
How alert data is used
Alert information is used only to identify newly published Tigriva opportunities matching the selected search and to deliver the requested email update.
Tigriva does not use an alert subscription to change an employer's application process, and employer job listings remain the source of truth for availability, compensation and requirements.
Service providers and international processing
Tigriva uses infrastructure, database hosting, email-delivery and, with your consent, Google Analytics providers to operate and understand the platform. These providers process only the information required to provide their service and may operate from different countries.
Before public activation of email alerts, Tigriva will maintain the relevant provider agreements and configuration for its operating entity and target markets.
Retention and deletion
Anonymous candidate events are deleted automatically after 90 days. Aggregated daily statistics that cannot show an individual journey are deleted after 13 months.
Unconfirmed alert requests are designed to be removed after a short activation period. Active or paused alerts remain until you delete them or the service is discontinued.
Deleting an alert removes the alert configuration and its stored email address from the active Tigriva alert database. Limited security or delivery logs may remain temporarily where needed to prevent abuse, investigate failures or meet legal obligations.
Security
Private alert-management tokens are not stored in readable form. Tigriva stores a cryptographic hash and requires the private link to access or change an alert.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Tigriva limits access, validates inputs and uses encrypted HTTPS connections for candidate-facing tools.
Your choices
You can avoid providing an email address and still browse, save and apply for jobs. Saved Jobs do not require an account.
You can pause, change or delete an email alert from its management link. For another privacy request, contact privacy@tigrivajobs.com and include enough information for Tigriva to locate the relevant request without sending sensitive documents unnecessarily.
Candidate control
Browse without creating an account.
Saved Jobs works locally, while Job Alerts are optional and activated only after email confirmation.
