Your Journey So Far

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter, Maitre d’, or in a similar leadership role within a cruise line or a luxury hotel.
• Strong background in fine dining, with an extensive knowledge of international cuisine, wine pairing, and upscale service techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, ensuring high levels of service, motivation, and professional growth.
• Previous experience working with international clientele, understanding cultural nuances to provide a truly personalized service.
• Familiarity with luxury service standards and the ability to exceed guest expectations through attention to detail and refined hospitality.

Your Essentials

• Relevant hospitality qualifications or certifications in food and beverage service.
• Fluency in English (oral and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a high-performing team.
