The Four Seasons Yacht I boasts 679 ft. in length // 34,000 Gross Tonnage// 95 Suites // 1:1 Guest/Staff Ratio
Each of the yacht’s 95 suites will offer panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling windows and access to expansive private terraces.
About the Job
Our Spa and Fitness Attendant aboard the new luxury Four Seasons Yacht plays a key role in ensuring a pristine, welcoming, and relaxing environment for all guests.
This includes maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across all spa amenities, thermal areas, towels, and fitness equipment. The attendant ensures every space is perfectly presented and restocked, creating a seamless and luxurious experience for guests throughout their wellness journey at sea.
Beyond upkeep, this role is highly guest facing, with a focus on warm, intuitive, and professional interactions. The attendant assists guests with amenities, provides information about spa and fitness offerings, and ensures everyone feels cared for and valued. As an ambassador for wellness, they help foster an atmosphere of tranquillity and comfort, reflecting the elevated hospitality standards of the Four Seasons brand.
A passion for wellness is also a key part of this position, along with experience in housekeeping, facilities upkeep, or luxury serviced residences, as our goal is to make our Yacht feel like our guests Home.
Our attendant supports both the operational excellence of the spa and fitness areas, and, the emotional connection guests feel during their voyage. Through attention to detail, pride in presentation, and genuine care, the Spa and Fitness Attendant helps deliver an unforgettable spa and fitness experience aboard the yacht.
