- Patrol designated areas of the resort and monitor the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas and report any suspicious activity or security concerns.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, guest concerns, and requests for assistance.
- Assist with access control and ensure established security procedures are followed.
- Support emergency response, evacuation, fire safety, and other safety procedures when required.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain appropriate security records.
- Safeguard resort property and assist in preventing loss, damage, or unauthorized access.
- Work closely with other departments to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests and team members.
- Handle sensitive situations with tact, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Perform other security and safety-related duties as assigned.
