Luxury Expertise: You have proven experience in the luxury jewelry and watch industry, providing detailed product knowledge and personalized customer service to an upscale clientele. Sales Experience: You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional results in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail environment. Customer-Centric: You are skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and cultivating brand loyalty through personalized service. Industry Familiarity: While previous experience with cruise lines is a plus, you bring a wealth of experience from the luxury retail sector or similar high-end industries.
Your Essentials
We’re looking for someone who embodies
Experience: proven experience in luxury jewelry and watches or a comparable sales position with a recognized competitor. Cruise line experience is a plus. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English. A second language is highly desirable. Interpersonal Skills: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to build rapport and trust with an international clientele. Sales Skills: Proven experience of achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest level of product knowledge. Team Player: Ability to collaborate with others in a team-oriented environment while leading by example.
