Job Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, courteous, and personalised service during every guest interaction.
- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment by ensuring guest rooms are impeccably clean, well-presented, and fully prepared prior to guest arrival.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests with professionalism and genuine care.
- Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Report and follow up on guest requests, maintenance issues, and lost & found items promptly.
- Support the hotel's commitment to delivering memorable and personalised guest experiences.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality is an advantage.
- Previous experience in Housekeeping within an international or luxury hotel is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
