About Wynn Al Marjan Island
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
About the Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a General Manager – Estates & Suites Enclave (Butler Services) to lead the guest experience and operations of Enclave, our exclusive resort-within-a-resort.
This senior leadership role will oversee 92 of the resort’s finest accommodations, comprising 66 Salon Suites, 20 Estates, 2 Apartments and 4 Townhomes, with full oversight of Butler Services.
Working closely with Food & Beverage, Gaming, Private Access and other resort departments, the General Manager will lead the delivery of highly personalized, discreet and seamless experiences for our most distinguished guests. The role will combine exceptional luxury service leadership with strong commercial and operational oversight, ensuring Enclave delivers to Wynn Al Marjan Island and Forbes Travel Guide standards.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across Enclave and Butler Services, ensuring exceptional standards throughout the guest journey.
- Oversee the experience across the Salon Suites, Estates, Apartments and Townhomes, anticipating guest preferences and delivering highly personalized service.
- Partner closely with Food & Beverage and Culinary leadership to create bespoke private dining and signature luxury experiences for Enclave guests.
- Build strong partnerships with Gaming, Private Access and resort departments to ensure seamless coordination of each guest’s arrival, stay and departure.
- Lead the recruitment, development, coaching and succession planning of the Enclave and Butler Services teams.
- Establish and maintain exceptional quality standards across service delivery, team presentation and residence readiness.
- Drive guest satisfaction while maintaining Wynn Al Marjan Island and Forbes Travel Guide service standards.
- Own budgets, revenue, expenditure and workforce planning, driving profitability and operational efficiency.
- Foster an engaged, inclusive and high-performing team culture built on open communication, collaboration and excellence.
- Monitor developments within the luxury hospitality market and identify opportunities to continuously elevate the Enclave and Butler Services experience.
About You
- Minimum 12 years of experience in ultra-luxury hospitality, with current or recent experience as a Hotel Manager or General Manager of a boutique luxury resort or hotel.
- Strong luxury Food & Beverage background is essential.
- Experience leading Butler Services, private residences or villa operations is highly desirable.
- Integrated resort experience, including collaboration with Gaming and Private Access, is preferred.
- Proven leadership capability with strong experience in developing, coaching and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail, grooming and etiquette.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Multilingual capability is required; proficiency in Mandarin and Arabic is preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays according to business requirements.
