As a 1st Engineer Officer, you will be a cornerstone in ensuring our vessel operates seamlessly and safely. Reporting directly to the Chief Engineer and Staff Engineer, you will lead the engine watch-keeping team, ensuring daily maintenance and operational excellence across all engineering and technical systems onboard. Your Journey So Far
To join our team as an 1st Engineer you need to have:
Experience: Proven experience aboard passenger vessels, demonstrating advanced knowledge of engineering systems specific to modern cruise ships.
Qualification: Hold a valid License III/2, compliant with international maritime standards.
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Wartsila propulsion systems, Azipod propulsion, and state-of-the-art engineering apparatus.
Communication Skills: Intermediate proficiency in both written and spoken English to ensure seamless collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
