As a Cruise Staff Manager, you will be the heart of the onboard experience. Your Journey So Far
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have :
- Proven experience in same position on board of cruise line
- You should have a strong track record of managing staff, coordinating teams, and delivering customer satisfaction.
- Your background will include experience in overseeing large-scale operations, organizing and executing programs, and ensuring that all staff work cohesively toward a common goal.
- Fluency in English and at least two other European languages (such as French, German, Italian, or Spanish) is essential for effective communication with guests and team members from diverse backgrounds.
- Your journey should also reflect strong leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in frenetic environments.
Your Essentials
To be chosen in this role, you must bring:
- Proven experience in the role on board cruise line
- Fluency in English and at least two additional European languages
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and support a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience with staff management, training, and development.
- Ability to handle administrative duties related to staffing, scheduling, and guest relations.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to manage stress in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Availability to work on board for extended periods.
