Your Purpose
Join the CRM Marketing team at MSC Cruise for your internship, and help us create the dream holidays for our guests! For your internship, you will join the CRM Marketing Voice of Customer team. Voice of Customer is a key function that helps the company understand, measure, and improve the guest experience. You will work directly with a Data Scientist and support the team through real-world data analysis, reporting, and insight generation. Your work will contribute to business decisions that impact millions of guests across our cruise fleet. Our core data sources include guest satisfaction scores and open-text feedback collected throughout the customer journey. You will gain hands-on experience with modern analytics and customer feedback platforms while supporting day-to-day activities such as ad hoc analyses, data extraction, report automation, and exploratory projects involving machine learning and artificial intelligence. Your Impact

Your Journey so far
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Academic exposure to data analysis, statistics, machine learning, or customer analytics. Experience working with datasets and deriving insights through analytical methods. Familiarity with survey data, customer feedback analysis, or statistical modelling is a plus.
Your Essentials
Programing language: SQL, python. Good communication in English. Team player. Eagerness to learn. Valid internship agreement.
