About the Job
The shipboard Chef de Partie Chief Baker plays a vital role in the culinary team, specializing in the preparation and presentation of high-quality baked goods that align with Four Seasons’ commitment to excellence. This position is responsible for executing a variety of bakery items, including breads, pastries, amenities, and desserts, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and creativity. The Chef de Partie Chief Baker’s primary responsibility is to prepare and serve baked goods efficiently, showcasing both traditional techniques and modern baking methods. Collaboration with the Chef de Cuisine Pastry and Bakery and other culinary team members is essential to enhance the overall dining experience.
