As the Assistant HUB Manager, you will play a vital role in elevating our guests’ experiences by managing photo and video services onboard. Your mission is to support the HUB Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and fostering a dynamic team environment. Your Journey So Far
Here’s what we’re looking for
- Minimum three years of proven experience in a similar role, such as Assistant HUB Manager, Assistant Photo Manager.
- Ship experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated sales expertise with a strong track record in a customer-facing role, ideally within retail or hospitality.
- Experience managing teams and achieving sales targets, with the ability to inspire and guide others.
- Proficiency in English (at least a b2 level), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with photo and video sales is a significant advantage, as is knowledge of digital editing tools and equipment.

- Assist with inventory management, operational reporting, and maintaining quality control standards.
